Solutions
Lazada is one of many marketplace applications in Indonesia. Apart from competing with other marketplace competitors, the fierce competition with the Tiktok Shop is getting higher because it attracts the attention of young users. With our newly developed live-streaming feature, we took creative steps to create seven unique and engaging live-streaming programs. We make programs such as Jalan Jalan, Makan Makan, Kelas Sore, Pojok Otomotif, Jadi Sehat, Tech Junkies, and Pulang Kantor. The program collaborates with various KOLs of relevant industries to host live streams.
We create visual concepts from publications to live-streaming production. We created a script to make it easier for KOL to explore hosting and inserting ad-libs as hard selling from cooperating brands. To increase profits, we work with well-known brands to provide products as properties and products to be sold during live streaming. We continue to create relevant programs and quality content to increase interaction during the program. By monitoring and conducting regular evaluations, we can increase the number of sales conversions of users who shop while the live-streaming program is running.
